You're far from the first person to not respond strongly in the face of BD. Most of us here tried to beg and reason their way out of it. All you can do is learn, improve, and act accordingly going forward.

How do I get to their stuff just by search?

If you come across a forum user and click on the link associated with their screen name, you can click "View Profile" then the # of "Total Posts" and then "Threads Created" to see all their personal threads and history.

Also the previous links you shared Puppy was talking about exposing A and had an option 2a and 2b. I can’t find the original post anywhere, any suggestions?

Not sure of the original post on the topic in this forum, but I've come across Option A and B on other forums. It refers to exposing the affair to bust it vs not. You can find the details on another site if you google enough, but we're not suppose to link other sites explicitly here.
