How extreme was her diet? That kind of weight loss requires a 1250 calorie deficit per day. Difficult to achieve unless someone was eating a lot of junk food before, or is following a keto/intermittent fasting protocol. And as I asked before - do you need to lose weight? Is this a matter of her leaving you behind? Or her losing weight to spite you (if you had been nagging her about hers)? Or her losing weight in order to attract the target of her infatuation? (Please tell me it's not her personal trainer - that's such a cliche!). Or had a family member's death or illness sent her off on the road to better health?
