Hoping things are getting better

I think things are on the right track

I think it is too early in the game to tell.

I am terrified about backsliding on my changes.

You control you and your actions. If you don't want to backslide then don't backslide.

I am also finding it really difficult to detach and not talk about our relationship.

Why? Anxiety and fear?
