Also, the issue about things being altered by a string of weird characters...that has been going on for years...another issue that has not been fixed, and tends to pop back up into the system with upgrades.
This is just a character encoding issue (set to iso-8859-1, should be utf-8), should be an easy fix. I've sent an message to the moderator that may help. :-)
