If he seems to acknowledge that if that’s what I want that’s what will happen, is it just as practical to try to wrap up through lawyers? Or is mediation still better, and I wonder if it would still be a flat fee of like $5k in that case. I’m afraid somehow he could change his mind during a mediation process and I would be out the money I’d need to give my L.
