My stbxw is among other things, a marriage and divorce trauma counselor. Her current activity, in my mind, shows that she has impaired judgement in these areas. Consequently, her clients might not be getting the service they are entitled to. I.e malpractice.
A complaint to the board is just that, a complaint. If there is no basis then it’s disregarded. If it is sustained, then corrective action is taken.
