Well, Im not doing medation until we agree on some terms. Mediation is only appropriate where both sides are honest.She has some agenda driving this, she wants it done now. Nick try to negotiate the terms ahead of time. Try to use her guilt against her. Do everything to try to protect your pension but know legally she is entitled to half of it.
