Well I know it time to file. I actually feel okay about. I also know if I don't file my H will in 2 months because that's when the Legal S expires.
But, yes I was pushing things forward because I got the feeling from his texts a couple of weeks ago that he was uncomfortable or uncertain that I was not. I wanted him to feel that I would not be running back to my H... I mean I was dead honest when I told him my STBXH would never ever be moving back into my home. And, he will never will. I told him right now STBXH provides all health care for myself and SS19 and that why things were the way they were.
So yeah... totally dumb of me.
So he's out of the picture now... but I'm still filing tomorrow... and I'm still okay with it.
