Pack, the recording thing isn't a bad idea. I would start rolling video on your phone every time you interact with her. As your lawyer says, she could cry domestic violence at any moment. mbr started recording all interactions with his WW and it saved him a lot of headaches down the road.
Any suggestions on HOW to record interactions? Is it literally just holding your smart phone up while video record or is there another recommended, more subtle way?
If you start the recording then let them know you are recording I think that covers you legally in most places. So I would just start recording holding the phone up and let her know you are recording your interactions from now on.
