When things such as this happen on the weekend, holidays and after hours, we have to be patient and wait for the business to open up on the next available work day. I posted an email to Virginia Saturday evening about the issue and informed Cadet as well. Unfortunately, we are not part of the day-to-day employed staff and do not have the authority to repair such things. Like you, we have to wait for the staff to return to the office the next available work day for them to look at our emails and to figure out how to take care of such matters.

Cadet and I are volunteers who come here to offer support whenever we have the time because we believe in giving back to the community that once supported us many years ago.
