Hey, PIB, I've been watching you and waiting for that final word when you've finished with the weight loss. It seems like such a long journey, doesn't it?
PIB, Thanks for stopping by my thread. I haven't been over here to see you in quite some time. I can't believe I missed that you were following the WW plan. Great plan! I've done some shopping, and there is nothing better out there.
Love the ice cream!
I've not been doing as well lately, but I come and go.
The good news is that YES, if you lose it slowly the weight does stay off. Since I had S9, I have lost 80 pounds? i think?? I've lost track. 5-10 pounds, 20 there, the post-bomb weight, surgery weight, then another 8 earlier this year, and I'm holding my own.
It's not a marathon, but a change of life. Keep up the good work!

I have been reading and learning from you. I wanted to send you great kudos and encouragement on your weight loss road (to motherhood). It is a great journey.
I have lost 70 pounds. Taken a break (far too long a break )and am back on track. Your plan for slow progress is the best. Diet, exercise and wight lifting really did it for me. I HATED the thought of weight lifting (especially in a gym full of people) but when I learned that your body burns calories for the rest of the day AFTER you have completed your workout...well, it was a no brainer for me. So now I am a freeweight fool!
