Hey, PIB, I've been watching you and waiting for that final word when you've finished with the weight loss. It seems like such a long journey, doesn't it?

We're pulling for you.

PIB,
Thanks for stopping by my thread. I haven't been over here to see you in quite some time. I can't believe I missed that you were following the WW plan. Great plan! I've done some shopping, and there is nothing better out there.

Love the ice cream!

I've not been doing as well lately, but I come and go.

The good news is that YES, if you lose it slowly the weight does stay off. Since I had S9, I have lost 80 pounds? i think?? I've lost track. 5-10 pounds, 20 there, the post-bomb weight, surgery weight, then another 8 earlier this year, and I'm holding my own.

It's not a marathon, but a change of life. Keep up the good work!

Kitti Kat!

I'm down half a pound!

Rotzilla,

I've got over a hundred pounds to loose...so if I lose the max per week, 2 pounds...it'll take me a year!

MAL,

Have you tried the Smart Ones, Frozen deserts? Yummy!

Pam,

Thank you, I hope you are having a great weekend too!

Hugs all!

Hi PIB,

My weekend is going ok. I would not expect to be exactly cheerful, but I am doing a little bit better each day it seems like.

So any work on the labryinth?

I weighed this morning. Had been 2 weeks and I have only lost one pound. But that is better than gaining or not losing!

I love the Smart Ones ice cream chocolate sandwiches.

Morning, PIB

I have been reading and learning from you. I wanted to send you great kudos and encouragement on your weight loss road (to motherhood). It is a great journey.

I have lost 70 pounds. Taken a break (far too long a break )and am back on track. Your plan for slow progress is the best. Diet, exercise and wight lifting really did it for me. I HATED the thought of weight lifting (especially in a gym full of people) but when I learned that your body burns calories for the rest of the day AFTER you have completed your workout...well, it was a no brainer for me. So now I am a freeweight fool!

Best luck to ya!

Pam, Maya, Kitty Kat, Nitaf!

Thank you all for visiting!

I appreciate all your support with my weight loss!

Y'all touch my heart.

Husband bought me a new computer this weekend. We are going to play some EverQuest tonight...I am sooo excited!

It's been so long since we played together!! Even during our really rough times, this was the one thing we could still do together and have fun!

Man, this work day can not go by FAST enough for me!!

Hugs all!
