I know it doesn’t feel like it right now, but I think, once he’s gone, the weight will lift. I’ve read your posts every day (it’s one of the first things I do when I wake) and I can’t imagine how difficult this lockdown has been for you.
You’ve been forced to observe him and his VR relationship with OW for long enough.
Once he’s gone, you can move on with your life knowing you kept your dignity and self worth.
