One step-daughter (15), with even split-custody on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. That is, Mon/Tue with, Wed/Thu without, Fri-Sun with, then the next week is flipped. Then there's the holiday stuff.
I have a good relationship with my step-daughter. Her father told me that when she told him my W had filed for D that she cried until she got a nosebleed (she gets them from time to time).
On the pictures in the office.... agree with not changing what you have done (in total). But how about a little adjustment:
Would a 180 be for you to go out and get a pic of just you and the daughter, something real nice? Do a nice frame and just add it to the collection. You don't need anything crazy like a giant mural or anything.

Well, the existing photos aren't framed (they are canvas), so a nice framed one would definitely stand out. However, there is already a picture of just me and my daughter. There's also some of just my daughter, just my step-daughter, just my wife, just me and my step-daughter, just my wife and step-daughter, and some of me and my wife.
But, I guess you're suggesting something new that is just me and my daughter, detached from my wife. It's possible. My wife is going out of town this weekend.
Almost zero communication with my W the last few days. Last night, my daughter was asleep when I got her home and she didn't wake up until about 10 minutes before I had to leave. So, I just let my wife sit with her, and I did some things in my office. Haven't texted her, she hasn't texted me. Pretty much zero interaction since this weekend. It's difficult, because I thought our interactions were improving before I went more dark.
I got an email from my attorney showing an email from her attorney, and they mentioned that they thought we were close on a settlement on assets. I'm not sure how old that information was, because I saw a similar note from a few weeks ago, so I wonder if it's the same. But, I find it odd that anyone would think we were close, because...we haven't spoken a single word about that.

Has W proposed a custody arrangement with you?
