Oh, wooba, that was hard to read; I can only imagine how hard it was to go through. How hard it is to keep hearing repeat offenders 1-5. I'll let others here come in with advice if they have it, but I did want to offer some virtual hugs and say that I hope you can breathe and think of some way to care for yourself in the moment.
