I love reading about all of your self-care activities, wayfarer, may, and HesAble! It was so freeing for me when I realized GAL didn't necessarily have to be going out all the time. I still struggle with feeling a bit guilty about spending money on myself, but I know H wouldn't think twice (and hasn't!). I enjoyed cleaning and decluttering the house this weekend and cutting some branches from a tree in the backyard to put in a vase in my room. I've decided to buy myself a new vase I've been wanting, so that I'll have it ready for the flowers I'll buy myself on Valentine's Day.
