Totally agreeing with J9 and LH on this one. If he wanted to go tonight, he should've asked earlier. Who waits until the day of for a 2nd date? It would be different if y'all had been dating awhile, in my opinion (for whatever that is worth). Good for you for not giving in. While I see your point in wanting to put it out there that he should've asked sooner, in my opinion, that would've fallen kind of flat and not really gotten your point across. He could deflect that pretty easily with some excuses.

Totally agree with J9 above. MAKE HIM WORK FOR IT! Doesn't matter what your plans are for tonight, you have them and it is his loss for not getting the lead out and asking earlier. As for his "Tuesday is a long time comment", the smart a$$ in me would've had a REALLY hard time not responding with something pretty snide there. That is likely when I would've hit him with something about asking earlier and I would've been kind b!tchy about it too.
