Unfortunately, that is your first posting on the thread and I haven't been able to remove it completely, so if you want something else changed, tell me what you want posted and I'll be happy to edit the posting a bit more.
If I were you, I would go over all of my postings in that first thread and make sure you don't have any identifiers that would send up red flags for him, if he should come here.
Sit quietly, the answers will reveal themselves when you least expect them to. The past is gone, the present is a gift and you need to focus on today, allow the future to reveal itself when it is ready.
