Nobody said to start arguments wolf but if your telling her she’s a great parent when she’s not that means you are expecting something in return which is the premise of the book.
Not expecting anything in return. She has said it numerous times that I took her for granted and didn’t appreciate the things she did. I make it a point to do that now. That is my 180.
