You aren't asking their whereabouts--don't pry! You're just double-checking they're ok before turning in.
It's borderline. When my partner was at the bar Wednesday enjoying her superalcoholic drink solo, I did not call her, but I also slept easily. You sound like you're going to be up all night worrying. If you are and she gets home tomorrow, you're going to be red-eyed and dealing with it in a sleep-deprived state. If you can just go to sleep that is great. If you're going to call, I wouldn't call much later than this, though.
