Have some hugs for the lonely dusks. It's difficult to not think about the future but to also trust that you will be ok eventually no matter what. Holding those two things side by side is hard! And you have to believe that things will be ok in the end, even though you don't know what that might look like. I've had those feelings a few times and they were comforting. For a month after BD when I couldn't sleep I did a yoga video every night before bed, it helped me a lot though I stopped doing it for some reason. Maybe you could try this when the dusks get lonely?
