What you said about her eyes -- The eyes are really a window onto their damaged souls! -- I keep having the thought about my H too, that the eyes are so evil. Likewise his L.

Can you watch youtube videos on going pro se? It is not ideal but you do have rights and you can learn how to file motions. I did it for a different case and almost did it for my D but then was able to borrow some money.

You can also call the ACS anonymously if you think that the kids are in danger. Or enlist their help to work as a team.

Or maybe you can get free legal help -- maybe someone can advise you about going pro se even if they can't actually be your lawyer. It seems like you have been abuse, if not physically then emotionally and most definitely financially. There is free legal help for victims of abuse.
