For now, meditation and exercise help the most, as they are simple doable daily tasks, and I really need to focus on pulling myself together each day. Also stopping my thought process when I start ruminating. Hobbies are a bit secondary as I can't do them every day.

You are right that I am guilty of speculating and mind reading. It is an unhealthy habit that I need to check.
