Confused by H words and actions

I just saw a saying that goes:

If they want you, you'll know. If they don't, then you'll be confused.

There's a saying here that goes:

Dont believe anything they say and only half of what they do.

So, he doesn't want you right now. Sad to say but it's the truth. That doesn't mean you should listen to his tales of his affairs.
