While I agree with much of what you say related to modern day love and marriage, I think that you should always be open to the right person coming along that can open your heart to the idea of a long term, committed relationship again. While you are right that the state of modern day marriage is in shambles for all kinds of reasons and the devaluing of the male-female relationship, there are still a lot of couples out there that get it right.
