IMHO it´s time for W to have the NC message delivered...
You give her time and space. You need that too. But she must keep N/C. it´s the first step for your MR. If not, you get into the plan B cake eating section (where we don´t know who´s plan A or plan B...there should only be one: YOU, period). Sending N/C message comes natural after the last contact you described.
