I was essentially told that since this woman complained, they have to discipline me no matter what. But since they cant prove what she said is true, beyond her and whomever she coached to lie with her about this claining its true, that I am being demoted and that this will remain on my permanent record. AKA, I will never get promoted again because I was simply accused of not having any morals and outright being hyper vulgar and obscene.
WOW. This world has become so backwards and upside down that I hardly recognize it compared to when I was a kid. Whatever happened to innocent until PROVEN guilty? Unbelievable. So someone can just make baseless accusations because they are mad or jealous or having a bad day or worried about their job and ruin someone else's life with zero ramifications. Welcome to crazy town! Good luck ST, very sorry this happened but at least you didn't completely lose your job and so it gives you some options and time.
