I've read "The Attractions" and it was great. I've put the other three on my wish list at Amazon (a great way to keep track of those books and movies you hear about and want to see or read someday).
Dave, I am with you, buddy. My father died suddenly and I think it was a blessing that he didn't have to hang around in hospitals; but there were so many things I wanted to say to him and to thank him for. It's been six years and it still hurts sometimes.
