Hmmmm....yes. It is food for self reflection but the other factor preventing this decision to go above the "action" threshold is simply money. My priority right now is to have a family trip, buy a road-bike for training which might actually improve the gut, etc. I was just saying that it's pretty low priority for that much $$$. If my W wanted me to do it, then it would elevate in my priority structure. But the bike and trip would still come beforehand. What I really should examine is what my priorities would be if my W came to me and asked for $2K to get a boob job.
