Especially for those who are stressed out as you are

Good for physical and mental health

Your bicycling definitely counts

I totally get the I have no time excuse

So here is what I do

I literally exercise for only 10-15 minutes

All body weight exercises no equipment

Push ups and squats and lunges

All those sorts of things
