HI Ellie!

Sorry to hear that your D13 is battling an ED...I've known and tried to help several of my students with this insidous and serious problem....Thank God your D has a Mom who's in the know.

Two of my "girls" were shut down completely when they tried to tell their mothers and fathers what was going on with them...so very sad.

I love your idea of the list of 100...I'm going to work on that one myself. I KNOW doing stand-up will be near the top of the list!

Also Ellie, I was wondering if you know anything about the causes/fixes for excessive facial sweating? (My hands and feet join the party too...armpits? dry as the sahara!)

It's gotten really bad these past few years (hormone checks do not indicate that these are perimenopausal, or so my MD says).

It seems my body temp fluctuates from 97.9 to 99.9 pretty frequently. I have no colon (ulcerative colitis) and a kidney full of stones. I do drink A LOT of water each day.

The sweating is sometimes triggered by foods or coffee, but other times, just comes (as when I'm teaching...very distracting!).

Please forgive me for pumping you for medical info and feel free to NOT respond!

I heard recently about botox being used for excessive sweating, problem is...my entire face would be frozen!!!

Take good care,

Shiny
