Well i haven't posted in a very long time, so i thought i should give you all an up date.
Things are going well on the home front. H and i are working hard and have had a couple of difficult days, but we are getting better at recognising when we need to take a step back from the action, so to speak.
It is about to get a whole lot tougher, however. I am in the navy and am going on deployment for 6 months, so pretty much H and i won't see each other. We are making plans to try and keep things moving forward during this time, but the reality of sep. is always more difficult than thinking about it. I often find that I'm alright but that H finds it very hard to cope. I realise that 6 months is only a short time out of our whole life, but H doesn't see that.
This time, though, he is putting safety nets in place and we have ensured ourselves that he has a good support network.
Just think of all the cool letters we can write!
Anyway, it is very, very busy at work and equally busy at home! But i love the pressure of it all and find that i give my best at times like these. I know that it's all going to be just fine.
What a difference a year can make!
