Harvey, I just recently went through this in my sitch and yes I told her exactly " We are not a family any more, there is your time with the kids and my time with the kids now". My WAW keeps referring to "us" and "we". There is no us and we anymore. I don't see this as taking the low road, this is reality given her decision. It is the definition of divorce, marriage is the coming together of two families and divorce is just the opposite.
