You should come to the court date prepared to provide 'evidence' of working on the m. You may or may not get an opportunity to give the judge your side. By all means, copy the stuff from the website for the judge to read, also any dates you attend counseling separately and with CHL, any thing that looks like working on the m.
When I went, the judge asked us both if we wanted to reconcile because I had filed the motion for continuance. My h replied no and I said yes. The judge appeared to want to grant the continuance so she asked my h how long he would give the continuance...h said 45 days. So you are right, the judge could go either way.
Has your A told you what type of judge it is? What is the judges normal rulings on d cases? In my case the judge was female, pro-family but her rulings in d cases were 50/50 so it was a toss up as to what she'd rule on ours.
I guess it helped to have some prayer warriors attend the court appearance with me!
