Of course her Lawyer is delaying the process that is how he makes his money. Of course you Lawyer is going along with it blaming her lawyer, that is how he makes his money. They love clients like you who can't don't communicate.

Ok, so no matter how I explain it you just want to think that its the Lawyers, I'm actually copied in on the emails and saw the courier letter mailed over. My Lawyer is a friend of mine, she has nothing to gain as she is working on a flat fee.
