On vacation with D4, so this will be brief.

Got a shot in the arm yesterday from W. Texted W about my weight loss. She texted back about how "super proud" she is for me.

Also, also she is seeing how hard I'm working on improving myself for the 180 day performance review in October. Again told me how proud she is and I should feel the same.

I texted her back saying that her saying that means a lot to me. No communication afterward until today. Nothing of noteworthy to share

Still aching. But only my support system knows my pain. Her friends and family are seeing the happy me.

Still DBing. Still pushing. Still GAL.

Seeing more signs.

Still hoping.
