Dunno, she is now spending weekends away, coming home late from work and living in room. Under limited divorce filing we cohabitate with nc, extremely limited personal contact and the court will determine her household contribution which is $0 now even though she makes plenty. The term is one year before divorce can be finalized so I would think that is enough time for her to get it and either come around or agree that this is goin nowhere.
