Updating:

Was supposed to have our first conferenc today with both W's L and my L. I got home from work a little late 8am and went straight to bed, woke at 12:30pm and W was not home. I showered and got ready to go... got to W's L's office and W was sitting in car she looked at me and I looked back, no wave. I walked into office where surprisingly W's L's office was very nice and accomodating, asked if I want water. They said it will just be a few minutes I said ok, W was no where to be seen. My L shows up and the two L's say hello in the waiting area. W's L asks my L if they could just talk in the hall for a minute.

My L tells me to wait in the waiting area, so i do and she comes back and says I need to speak to you in the hallway. I said ok and we go out there and she says your W is a complete loon! She will not meet with me and my L in the same room, she said she is scared. My L went pretty crazy on the opposing L and said that all this will be noted they the other side is now uncooperative, they scheduled the meeting, only to pull this nonsense just as we ge there. I mean really we are ready to move forward and she does this. Now she has to formally write up what she wants ...

So I was in the L's office for basically 5 minutes, and it cost me $500.00.... good job W. I have accepted the fact we are getting D'ed and now its about making it drawn out and cost more.

BTW its 4 hours since the meeting and W has yet to come home. Guilt is a funny thing isnt it.

I am proud of the way I have grown, it is with the help of so many on this site. After this meeting I went to the gym and worked out then had a great lunch/dinner. No head space for W anymore she can run that train off the tracks!
