Band guy at least seems open to a long term relationship. Thats the first thing to check off if you are looking for a serious partner. HC simply does not seem to want what you want and i would be turned off as well.
A lot of the houses where i live are pretty old, so we are often advised to hire a licensed engineer to inspect instead of a regular inspector. I only know this from friends and family though lol. Super hapoy for you!!!! Yay! Equity!!!
