journaling- Just doin my thing- morning routines. Still going to the gym at least 5 times a week -although my weight has kinda plateaued. Still job hunting have 3 possibilities that I am working with. Still cycling - goal is to do 100 km or about 65 miles in one ride before the end of the summer. Still making healthy choices and praying lots. Finished reading -The Happiness Advantage. Good book for when you are feeling down in the dumps. Codependent No more is next on the hit list.
I still somewhat cycle from good and bad days. I know there is not a quick fix or a simple solution. With little or no contact with W there is really not much to report. S and I have planned to try one of the local escape rooms this weekend. For those of you that don't know- it is a room with a bunch of clues hidden and visible and you must piece the clues together and escape the room in an given time frame. Always good to exercise the grey matter.
