I always did my S3 exchanges with MIL at a place that had cameras (usually a grocery store parking lot) and i would park right underneath it.

I also had my phone on "Voice Record" mode.
Although recording without consent is inadmissible in my state, i think because i was recording around my son, which I DO have the right to do, i think I would be ok.

With today's constant videoing and photography on mobile phones, it is unlikely that anyone would ever take any notice.

The police have got better things to do, like locking up accused H or W on a whim.
