I don't think this is a goer- in that the prosecution dropped the case as they said there was "no reasonable expectation of a successful prosecution" my W said to me that she said he told her to make the complaint and this was the only reason she gave a statement and the Police pressured her into in to it.

So I did this, I moved back in, but then the drama kicked in- she accused me of being controlling again and said it wouldn't matter as she was filing for a D anyway and if I moved back in she would move out and I would be making my Children homeless- she then got hysterical after I said I was not making my children homeless as this is their home- she then threatened to call the POlice and given the last time- I didn't want to get a non-mol order against me so I left.

The next day she was all fine with me and I feel like such a mug- because I then went to a friends little girl's barbecue with her- and she was all friendly with me- and then when we got home- I left after bathtime like the soppy nice guy I am- I am so angry with myself- aaarrrgghhh- I want what's best for the children but by doing this I am just being stuck in the NGS
