Thanks Nicole, great advice, making notes To clarify when I said he is free to do as he wishes I meant since there is no agreement, mediation is not an option so he is free to proceed with D thru Ls or just drop the crazy idea, i m not explicitly saying any of this just leaving the ball in his court
