ballast, remember, limbo is the gift of time. There are others in completely different sitches that would give a lot to get what you are getting.
Limbo is a difficult place to be, but in many ways it is a blessing. That perspective, if you can cultivate that internally, helps immensely.
In my sitch I vacillated between desperately wanting to hold on to my W and MR, to being ready to file myself. Then someone here gave me the golden nugget "limbo is the gift of time" and my perspective changed.
DBing is similar but different to geology. Geology says that changes require time and pressure. DBing requires time and lack of pressure. As the LBS you let time pass, and you remove as much pressure from your WAS as possible. Do the second, allow the first.
In the end she may still leave, but she also may change back into someone that loves you and wants to be loved by you. There are no guarantees, but be glad you have the opportunity to at least try!
