No she hasn't been one of adopted Newbies. I will check in but likely not until after my exam Wednesday, mainly it will take me a little while to read all the threads and also once the clean questions start, the balls roll very fast and then I invest a lot of time in support.

More cleaning tips. There's a product here in Upper Middle Kanukistan called "One Second Plumber". It's essentially a can of compressed gas. If one of my drains starts running slow I use it there. Given that my household consists of two rather hairy guys the tub drain gets a blast every few months. The standard product also ships with an adapter for toilets. In some ways it is far more effective than solvent type cleaners.
A "non-chemical" way of removing blockages.
