It all takes time JJ. I quit on OW two years ago, working on my marriage. Well...my mind longs for those unwanted memories...I know it is the adiction so I´m fighting them back. Often reading forum advices to keep my own mind boundaries. It is a long journey and it takes time. Glad for your present situation. Keep DB
