A therapist that saw both of us for years told me her "jam" is Narcissistic Personality Disorder with Sociopathic tendencies. A clinical psychologist that saw both of us for years (around the same time) told me her "jam" was Bipolar / Manic Depression.

I desperately need a way out of this, my physical health is really taking a hit.

Suggestions for cutting the cord from a mentally ill / toxic ex?
