Any advice for how I should approach Saturday. I figured splitting the gifts will not be hard; but when we go over the dissolution papers. Do I just sign away; do I ask her if this is really what she wants, do I say - if your not going to commit to gaining forgiveness from me and doing whatever it takes; as I will, I will sign...
Just looking for possible comments made by her, and the best ways to address them. Thank you in advance.

Have you already reviewed the papers with an attorney? If not, you should just take the papers and tell her you'll be in touch so you can read them and have the benefit of counsel.
If you understand them and agree with what they say -- or are at least resigned to not fighting them -- just sign them with no comment and be on your way. Asking her if she is sure this is what she wants will come off like pursuit, IMO.

I asked my wife if she was sure before we 'told the kids', and it totally pushed her away, made her resentful, and made her re-justify everything to herself. It was a step backwards.
