Why in the world did you let her take S9?? She sounds unhinged as it is, the kids were all living with you, she had no right to just show up and take one. If she tries anything like that then tell her you are calling the police. Now that she has S9 it is unlikely you can get full custody back because the court will interpret that action as having taken place with your expressed consent, but hopefully you'll get partial custody.
