East, have you seen the film inside out? It's amazing and sort of how I think emotions work. It depends on the part of your brain the anger eminates. Most anger falls from the limbic system inducing a body state of readiness. That tends to be primal, alert and just there! Mainly inactive producing a state of readiness. This is where changing state works well, the body cant hold two states at once. That's why directed anger is so so motivating creating shift. It gets things moving. So yes its great to add your own shift to anger.
That's why I love anger so much.
It's exciting when that happens on the board and I know that change is coming.
