My W journaled when she was younger and started again sometime during this separation. The only reason why I know is because my oldest D made a comment to me about her and mommy writing together. I guess she has some things to work out .
In all seriousness I am happy for her that maybe she is taking some steps to release whatever the thoughts are she has in her head.
